Jennifer Harman Traniello was born in Reno, this is also the place where she spent most of her childhood. She was born on 29th November 1964 and she is one of the most famous female poker players in the world.

Jennifer Harman Traniello started playing poker back in 1972, when she was just 8 years old. She managed to graduate the University of Nevada in Reno.

Jennifer Harman Traniello also has a very interesting story behind. This story is related to the way she managed to won her first World Series of Poker bracelet back in the year 2000. She played the No limit Deuce to Seven Lowball event. At the final table sha had to encounter some of the poker veterans including Lyle Breman and Steve Zolotow. The interesting fact is that she never played this variation of poker before the event, and she had to receive a 5 minutes session with the rules of the game from Howard Lederer.

Jennifer Harman Traniello managed to win her second WSOP bracelet at the $5,000 Limit Hold'em poker event, where she had to play against some of the world's most famous poker players. And she is right now the only woman in the world that two WSOP bracelets.

Unfortunately in the year 2004, Jennifer Harman Traniello had to take one year off poker due to health problems. She had a second kidney transplant. Her sister and mother died due to the same illness that Jennifer Harman Traniello is currently suffering. This has happened back when she was only 17. This illness followed Jennifer Harman Traniello ever since she was a child.

Right after she managed to fully recover from this, she founded the CODA - Creating Organ Donation Awareness, which is a non profit organization that will sustain the cause.
